
Navneet Kaur is a global ecosystem builder and the Founder & Managing Partner of TechThrive Ventures, a San Francisco-based $7 million pre-seed fund investing in consumer health, wellness, longevity, health CPG, and women’s health startups. Before launching the fund, she built and scaled a portfolio of seven consumer brands across six states in India, gaining firsthand operating experience in distribution, consumer behavior, and brand growth. She later founded one of the largest women’s health ecosystems globally, connecting 400+ companies, founders, investors, and operators, while working closely with more than 200 startups, including unicorn-scale companies. Navneet also authored the first-ever FemTech industry book backed by UNFPA and built a global media and podcast platform reaching audiences across 90+ countries with over 3.5 million cross-platform impressions. She is a member of UNFPA, Women for Ethical AI - UNESCO, and has contributed as a G20 policy champion.
