Navneet Kaur is redefining modern female empowerment an India-born, global ecosystem builder, founder, and creator. As a dynamic, multi-hyphenate entrepreneur, she is unapologetically trailblazing new paths in women’s health, technology, and consumer innovation. Navneet is the founder of TechThrive, a venture studio accelerating next-generation innovation and economic growth. Operating at the intersection of technology, culture, media, and capital, TechThrive is committed to bridging gender gaps in tech and the broader consumer economy. She also founded FemTech India, the country's first and largest industry network dedicated to advancing innovation in women’s health. Under her leadership, FemTech India has grown into a vibrant community of over 250 founders and 200+ companies, bringing together healthcare professionals, investors, policymakers, and entrepreneurs to address the gender health gap. A member of the UNFPA’s Equity Alliance 2030, Navneet supports gender-inclusive innovation across science, health, and technology in South Asia. She also advises the Department of Women and Child Development in Madhya Pradesh, contributing to impactful initiatives such as the Ladli Behna Yojana,( financial scheme ) which empowers women from underserved communities. As a G20 Policy Champion, Navneet has played an active role in global dialogues on gender equity and women’s health through her strategic vision and policy advocacy. She is the author of Women’s Health Innovation the first-ever book dedicated to the global FemTech industry. Supported by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) the book was spotlighted at UN General Assembly events in New York and positions India as a key player in the future of women’s health. Through her podcast in partnership with UNESCO, she leads conversations at the intersection of AI, ethics, technology, and women’s health amplifying leading female voices around the world. With a strong entrepreneurial background, having successfully scaled her first consumer brand across six Indian states. Navneet brings a unique blend of grassroots experience and global vision. Her work bridges critical gaps across health, technology, and gender, all in pursuit of a bold vision: a future where everyone belongs, and every girl has the opportunity to shape her own life.
